Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The ordering of any inflatables from this website & Premier Inflatables confirms that you are in full agreement with them.
Ordering from Premier Inflatables, Trade name under Moore Services, LLC
- You can order items displayed on this website using a number of convenient options including All Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Check, Money Order, Bankers Draft, CHAPS Transfers & Bank Wire Transfers.
- Once an order is placed on our website using INFLACART you will receive an order confirmation email & telephone call from one of our friendly sales team to make sure we have your requirements correct..
Payments to Premier Inflatables, Trade name under Moore Services, LLC / www.PremierInflatables.com
- Deposits & payments are non refundable, Unless Premier Inflatables cannot fulfill your order in which case your payment will be refunded in full.
- All Credit/Debit card transactions conducted over the internet are processed by PayPal.com the world leader in online payments. There service is totally secure & payment methods encrypted. To pay via telephone using credit card you can call your account manager anytime 10am-8pm Monday to Friday & 10am-2pm Saturdays.
Delivery of Goods
- You will be assigned an account manager who will contact you to arrange delivery of your order after receipt or payment & manufacture.
- Our standard lead time for production & delivery of your inflatable is 25 days from receipt of payment. This includes manufacture, lettering, packing & shipping.
- We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Typically more than 9 out 10 orders are delivered on time. However there are occasions where our delivery company is unable to deliver on a specified day due to adverse weather or external factors. In all cases your account manager will update you at regular intervals as to the status o fyour order.
- If you are not able to take delivery of items from our courier on the agreed upon delivery date, a re-delivery charge may be charged to your credit card.
Return of Goods
- If you have to return faulty goods, do so in their original condition to Premier Inflatables 7 days of receipt of goods by contacting our customer services department sales2@PremierInflatables.com. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery & includes insurance
- We reserve the right to have the time and opportunity to make an exchange for any faulty goods or to issue a credit note against any payment made to us in the event of the return of faulty goods.
- Non-faulty goods returned within 7 days will incur a restocking fee of 40% of order value plus a charge for all delivery costs
Cancelled Orders
- Any order for an inflatable that is cancelled within 3 days of the order is subject to a charge of £250+vat per unit. If cancelled after 3 days then the full amount of the order is payable as manufacture would have begun for your unit. These terms are not negotiable.
- Bespoke orders ie variation of design / telephone numbers etc. if cancelled the order is to be paid for in full. No refunds are given for custom order cancellations
If you have a Complaint
- All complaints must be received in writing with full purchase details.
- Your complaint will be replied to within 7 working days by a Premier Inflatables senior manager
- If for any reason a decision cannot be made within 7 working days, we will investigate your complaint thoroughly and keep you updated as to its progress.
- If we find that you have a valid complaint we will endeavour to reach an amicable solution as quickly as possible.
- If we find that your complaint is not valid you will be contacted stating the reasons for our findings.
- If you are still unhappy with the outcome at this stage you have the right to take your case to a suitable indipendant arbitration service. Premier Inflatables will co-operate fully should we be contacted by a legally formed, indipendant arbitration service to find a suitable solution for all parties concerned
Our responsibility to you
- We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
- We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something that has been clearly & legally proven to be our doing.
- You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse or other activities against these terms that cause us loss.
Copyright/Trademarks/Data Protection
- All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which Premier Inflatables reserve the right to enforce in full
- You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose or displayed on any other website, publication or other material without the express written permission of Premier Inflatables
- We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
General
- We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
- Goods not collected by the customer on the agreed collection date will incur daily storage charges, rates dependent on volume and number of items unless other arrangements have been agreed with Premier Inflatables
- These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Scotland.
- Special Offers, incentives and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of the company, and one offer cannot be run in conjunction with another unless express permission is granted by the company. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers, incentives and promotions at any time without notice.
- Material on this site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right to make improvements and/or changes in the products or services described without notice & as we are alerted to them. We accept no liability or responsibility for these inaccuracies
Warranty Limitations
All new inflatables sold have a 12 Month limited manufacturers warranty, which is applicable against any defect in workmanship of the inflatable and against material defect for a period of one year from the shipping date. All units should be inflated upon arrival and examined carefully. Any damage incurred through mishandling of the carrier or weather related damage is not the liability of ourselves. As we can not be held responsible if you select to use a carrier to transport the goods and they become lost or damage. Please report damage to the carrier immediately. Any defect should be reported to ourselves in writing within 5 days of the arrival date. Failure of buyer to give written notice shall be deemed to be a waiver of a claim for defective products.
We have the right to inspect the unit and if the defect has occurred under the conditions listed in this limited warranty, we will determine whether it is practical to repair or replace the damaged or defective parts at the designated location that we have authorized. Any unit returned to us for inspection MUST be in clean, dry condition
Our warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not through use, handling and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time. The repair of which is the responsibility of the buyer. Improper maintenance or accidental abusive or negligent treatment of the inflatable will invalidate the warranty. If after initial viewing we believe that the unit has been subject to improper use or incorrect maintenance or neglect, we reserve the right to terminate any warranty. The cost of returning the inflatable to and from the evaluation location within the warranty period, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Custom artwork is not covered under warranty.

We disclaim any responsibility whatsoever to buyers or to any other person for injury to person(s) caused by any product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accidents, or misapplied or modified or improperly set up/inflated or anchored.
